Your morning brew of energy
For beginners, experienced, or even just runner wanna-be’s, this class will help you strengthen your core, stretch your muscles, relax your mind, and focus on your breathing. Class format consists of 30 minutes of running/outdoor drills, then returning to the facility to complete 45 minutes of Pilates core movements infused with Yoga-type stretches. Bring your own mat, wear good running shoes, and dress appropriately for the weather. Class meets on Mondays and Fridays. You can choose 1 day a week, or 2 days per week.
