Burn BootCamp

If you are up for the challenge, Bootcamp will push you physically and mentally. Cardio conditioning is achieved through running, jump rope, calisthenics, hill work, stairs, agility training, and kickboxing.  Strength is built and maintained with the use of kettleballs, nature’s greatest tools - the great outdoors and your own body weight, and curcuit training.  Each class will conclude with core work and stretching movements. This class may go outside during periods of good wheather.  We will stay inside if it is below 30 degrees.  Good running shoes are recommended, and bring your own mat.
Bootcamp Buddy Program:
Sign up with someone who has never taken Burn Bootcamp before and you will both recieve a 10% discount.  Example: Current Bootcamper recruits new Bootcamper or two new bootcampers sign up together.  You must email Mendy and inform her of your buddy's name and you must pay on the same day so that she can see who your buddy is. 

  Class includes:
  • Bootcamp Bulletin with nutritional/healthy tips/recipes
  • Intense 60 min. workouts complete with sufficient time for stretching
  • Free Burn Fitness T-shirt at the end of your first session
  • Physical Fitness Test including 2 mile run, sit ups, and push ups
  • Body Fat analysis at the start of every six week session

No Childcare available (they're still in bed...your spouse can handle that!)
